To each individual project, Lowell/Edwards dedicates an experienced Jobsite Superintendent to manage the project full-time from start to finish. This Jobsite Superintendent is supported by a back-end support team made up of a Construction Manager, Project Coordinator and a Project Accountant.
Responsible for supervising all planning, budget, coordination and control of your project from beginning to completion. Our Project Managers manage three projects concurrently and will be on-site two to three times per week to interface with the Jobsite Superintendent and Project Engineer.
Full-time on-site Superintendent responsible for running day-to-day operations. Superintendents control the schedule, oversee budgets, as well as implement quality control measures, safety and coordinate subcontractor responsibilities.
Responsible for all technical aspects of the project including document tracking, RFI and submittal creation and tracking, weekly client updates, material procurement tracking, and advanced schedule and budget tracking.
Responsible for all job accounting including accounts payable, client invoicing, insurance requirements, and project documentation. Our project accountants are assigned to Construction Managers and concurrently track three to four projects.
